A. We arrive to your home within 48 hours of your call.

A. To a local transfer station that recycles most of your materials.

A. Yes. We do and will clean out apartments.
Q. Will you go into basements and attics?
A. Yes. We will go into all corners of your household.
Q. Do you clean out homes with bedbugs & fleas?
A. Yes. We look forward to the challenge.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. Our rates are based on how much space you fill in our trucks and trailers .
Q. What is the size of your typical load?
A. It ranges from a single chair to entire home cleanouts
that require several loads or rental of a dumpster.
Q. Do you haul metal for free?
A. Yes, with a minimum of 500 pounds. For anything less
than 500 pounds, we charge $25.
Q. Do you charge extra for any items?
A. You pay for the space you fill in our truck and/or trailer.
There are items charge extra for: Refrigerators, Air
Conditioners, Dehumidifiers ($25), TVs & Computer
Monitors ($10), Propane Tanks ($5), All Tires ($5), Latex
Paint ($3) per Gallon, Florescent tube light bulbs $0.25/foot
Q. Who is your typical customer?
A. We don't have a typical customer; we pick up for people
cleaning up their basement, attic, or garage; people who
are selling their homes and need to get rid of stuff;
landlords who need to get rid of junk left behind by
tenants; cleaning out offices or warehouses.
Q. Do you recycle?
A. Over 2/3rds of the material we remove gets recycled.
Q. Do you work in the rain?
A. Yes, we work in the rain, if we didn't then we wouldn't be in business in this state.
Q. Are you a moving company?
A. No, we are a junk removal company, not a moving company.
